GM Business Card Earnings Eligibility
GM Business Card Earnings are those reflected as of date indicated and are subject to additional purchases, returns and redemptions. Earnings are not earned on cash advances or other cash-like transactions, balance transfers, ATM withdrawals, savings bonds, finance charges or fees. Earnings may not be used with some offers or on the purchase of certain vehicles, including any vehicle sold as a GM Fleet vehicle or those sold or obtained at auction. Subject to credit approval. Cardmembers earn 3% Earnings for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at merchants whose primary line of business is classified as: 1. Gas: Gas stations that primarily sell automotive gasoline and diesel fuel that can be purchased at the pump or inside the station. Excludes gasoline purchases at warehouse clubs, supermarkets, superstores, truck stops, commercial fuel distributors or home heating companies. 2. Restaurants: Eat-in dining, cafes, bars, lounges, fast-food restaurants. Excludes purchases at bakeries, caterers, third-party delivery services. 3. Office Supply Stores: Merchants that primarily sell a variety of office and school supplies, paper goods and printing services and that sell or rent office furniture and office equipment. Excludes purchases at merchants that primarily sell electronics, computer equipment, hardware and software. All other purchases that do not qualify for the additional rewards categories will earn 1% for every $1 spent. Other exclusions may apply. See Program Rules for other terms and limitations.

Merchants are assigned a merchant category code (MCC) by the credit card network based on the kinds of products and services they primarily sell. Eligible purchases are determined by the MCC reported by the merchant. If a merchant does not submit transactions using the anticipated MCC associated with the rewards category, your purchase may not qualify.  GM and Goldman Sachs Bank USA do not determine, and are not responsible for, the MCC reported by the merchant.
